Digital products

The Metabolic Reset Blueprint is a digital download delivered immediately after payment. Because it is delivered instantly, the 14-day cooling-off right for digital content is waived once you download it. If the file is faulty or you cannot access it, email us and we will fix it or refund you.

Mentoring and consulting

Mentoring, accelerator, mentorship and consulting engagements are subject to a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, cancellation and confidentiality. Application does not create a contract; acceptance follows the strategy call.

Intellectual property

All content, copy, images and the Blueprint are owned by Damien Pearl and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of this site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
