Who we are

This website, damienpearl.co.uk, is operated by Damien Pearl ("we", "us"). Contact: info@damienpearl.co.uk.

What we collect

When you submit the application form we collect the details you enter: name, email, company, revenue band, your challenges and goals, plus the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (UTM tags, click IDs). We use this to respond to your enquiry and to assess fit for mentoring or consulting.

We use privacy-respecting analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. These may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.

How we use it

To reply to you, to deliver anything you buy (such as the Metabolic Reset Blueprint), to improve this site, and, only where you have agreed, to send you occasional updates. We never sell your data.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry and running the site), contract (delivering a purchase) and consent (marketing emails and advertising cookies).

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed by Netlify. Payments for digital products are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Video is embedded from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode). Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Purchase records are kept for six years for tax purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@damienpearl.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
